Nucleus Muscular Therapy & Pilates began operating in 2005 in Cork, Ireland before opening in Adelaide, South Australia in 2008. Founded by Letti Kemp who had spent many years working in the leisure industry as a Personal Trainer and Leisure Centre Manager. Letti saw a gap in the market for a quality individually tailored fitness, rehabilitation and progressive programme for those wishing to begin, or increase fitness and/or return to sport following injury. Basically, a one stop shop where an individual could recieve both massage therapy and a fitness programme of a sound and high quality.
Nucleus is multi faceted, and offers both physical exercise and therapy services to both amateur and professional athletes and the general public. Among it's client listings are Olympic Athletes, Pro Tour and Professional Cyclists and Members of Munster Rugby. Letti is currently closely involved with the Australian Institute of Sports National Cycling Programmes.
